A wordmark is a company’s name drawn as a picture rather than
typed in a font. Ours begins as Schibsted Grotesk, but a font spaces
letters for paragraphs, not for a name three inches tall — set
that big, some gaps yawn and others jam shut. So every gap was
redrawn by hand to an even rhythm. Then the last letter was cut
short, so the name ends the way the little mark beside it does:
three bars, the last one short.
